Project C
Team Building

In this dynamic you will have to compete in teams of 5 or 6 people to solve all the puzzles before the time runs out. To do this, you must coordinate and work as a team, dividing your tasks and maintaining active communication with your colleagues at all times.

Before the experience, the trainer will organize the teams and will explain the rules and guidelines of the game that we will use as the central tool of the course.

When we start the game, you will have to work as a team to pass the 5 phases of the selection process of Project C.

1.Fellowship: In order to advance, you must put the benefit of the group before your own.
2.Cooperation: Teamwork will be essential to overcome the phase in an acceptable time, sharing different elements that you will discover.
3.Consensus: You will need to communicate effectively and make big decisions under pressure or you will lose the most precious resource right now: time.
4.Awareness: You will only get through the phase when you are able to stop for a moment and do an extraction exercise that allows you to see who you really are.
5.Creativity: To solve the final enigma you will have to use your creative capacity under the state of mental exhaustion that the previous phases will have generated in you.

MATERIALS (for each team)

CheckBox: State-of-the-art interactive module full of locks, technology and electronics, which you will have to investigate to fulfill your objective.
CheckTablet: You will use it to activate elements of the Box as well as to receive video information and consult the classification in real time.
CheckClues folder: Where you will find the necessary information to pass the different tests.

MYSTERY BRICKS | Group dynamics with Virtual Reality

Mystery Bricks

In Mystery Bricks you will have to work as a team to be the first to replicate various objects made with "Lego" type plastic blocks. You must use the virtual reality glasses to teleport to the mysterious mansion and explore it until you find the original objects that you must replicate in the real world.

To meet the objective, it will be essential to maintain good communication at all times. You will have to coordinate and distribute your roles, since only one member of the team can be virtually exploring the mansion while the others organize the team, take note of all the details and build the replica.

If you don't have experience with virtual reality devices, don't worry! Before starting the activity we will give you a brief explanation so that you can participate completely autonomously.

MATERIALS (for each team)

CheckVR Goggles: You will need to use the virtual reality goggles to travel to the mysterious mansion. A virtual scenario that you will explore until you find the objects that you must replicate in the real world.
CheckBricks: The pieces that you will need to build the replica of the objects that you will find in the mysterious mansion.
CheckPaper and pencil: Essential to take note of all the details.
