The Project C | Group dynamics with Escape Box
In this dynamic you will have to compete in teams of 5 or 6 people to solve all the puzzles before the time runs out. To do this, you must coordinate and work as a team, dividing your tasks and maintaining active communication with your colleagues at all times.
Before the experience, the trainer will organize the teams and will explain the rules and guidelines of the game that we will use as the central tool of the course.
When we start the game, you will have to work as a team to pass the 5 phases of the selection process of Project C.
1. | Fellowship: In order to advance, you must put the benefit of the group before your own. |
2. | Cooperation: Teamwork will be essential to overcome the phase in an acceptable time, sharing different elements that you will discover. |
3. | Consensus: You will need to communicate effectively and make big decisions under pressure or you will lose the most precious resource right now: time. |
4. | Awareness: You will only get through the phase when you are able to stop for a moment and do an extraction exercise that allows you to see who you really are. |
5. | Creativity: To solve the final enigma you will have to use your creative capacity under the state of mental exhaustion that the previous phases will have generated in you. |
