Keys to Team Building

A team-building activity is excellent for improving your team in many ways. To achieve this, it must be well designed; otherwise it may even have the opposite effect and worsen your team’s engagement.

	Fun It’s essential that participants enjoy themselves at all times and avoid the disengagement caused by boredom. Strong, constant immersion in the activity is key to keeping the team connected.
	Excitement If we spark interest and the desire to participate from the outset, participants won’t feel pressured to take part and will be more willing to do so.

What is a team building?

A team building is an activity designed to strengthen the bond within a work team. Through play and shared emotions, the group improves its communication, trust and motivation — something hard to achieve in the day-to-day office routine.

What team building formats do we offer?

Three formats: the Escape Box ®, a portable escape room we set up wherever you want; Digital Sync, an in-person technological experience with tablets; and Online Team Building, for remote teams connected by video conference.

In which languages are the activities available?

All our activities are available in Spanish and English. If you need another language, contact us and we will look into your case.

How many people are the activities for?

Participants are organised into small teams and we can host up to 500 simultaneous players depending on the activity. Online Team Building has no participant limit.

Where do the activities take place?

Wherever you want: we travel to your office, hotel or event venue anywhere in Spain, both indoor and outdoor. The online version can be played from anywhere in the world.

What do you work on in a Cripthos team building?

Team communication, cooperation and cohesion, as well as soft skills such as active listening, decision-making, creativity and leadership. All through game dynamics designed by our own team.
