At Cripthos, we were the first to turn an Escape Room into a portable experience designed specifically for corporate events. A unique solution to work on key team skills anywhere, without compromising on quality, immersion or design.

This isn’t about stuffing a few clues into a briefcase. Our materials are crafted with care and technology: custom 3D printing, integrated electronics, mechanisms with hidden magnets, refined finishes... Everything is designed to deliver a professional, surprising, high-level experience.

In this team competition for up to 8 people, participants face a series of challenges that put the 5 C’s of teamwork to the test:

Each challenge is designed to activate different skills: logic, observation, lateral thinking, communication or manual dexterity. A cross-functional approach that lets every team profile add value and engage actively in the mission.

Team Building Day

1. Briefing

Our costumed actors will kick off the show: after splitting you into teams, they’ll explain the rules of the activity and your objective.

2. Ice Breaker

You’ll have to choose your team name and defend it together with a battle cry or a short haka that will make your opponents tremble.

3. Play

You’ll need to communicate and work as a team to overcome all the challenges and complete the mission before time runs out.

4. Closing

Once the activity is over, you’ll see the winners’ ranking amid applause and, optionally, we’ll hold an awards ceremony.

Did you know that this activity can cost you less thanks to FUNDAE?

Our team buildings go far beyond being fun activities to bring teams together: they are also powerful tools for developing soft skills such as communication, cooperation, and leadership. For this reason, you can subsidize this activity through FUNDAE (State Foundation for Training in Employment), which in practice translates into a direct saving of the subsidized amount.

Many organizations are unaware that through FUNDAE, all companies can subsidize part of the cost of training activities through discounts on their Social Security contributions, simply by having employees under contract.

To apply this subsidy, it is also necessary to hire the “training debrief” service indicated in the proposal. This is a final 30-minute interactive, fresh, and participatory session where we reflect together on what was experienced, connecting it with key learnings for day-to-day professional life.
