In a post-apocalyptic, steampunk-style future, teams of 3 to 6 people embark on a critical mission: recover the Genesis Orb, the only hope to restore balance to a devastated world.
To achieve this, they must infiltrate an ancient temple... but this is no ordinary challenge. The temple whispers, tempts and corrupts. It invites betrayal, ego and self-interest.
Only those who resist those voices and prioritize the group will be able to complete the mission.
Inspired by the ideas in Reinventing Organizations by Frederic Laloux, Teal Evolution tests not only coordination, but the team’s collective values: trust, awareness, shared purpose and joint decision-making.
The mechanics are Digital Sync-style: each player manages key information on their tablet, but the real challenge lies in how they relate to others.

Team Building Day
1. Briefing

Our costumed actors will kick off the show: after splitting you into teams, they’ll explain the rules of the activity and your objective.
2. Ice Breaker

You’ll have to choose your team name and defend it together with a battle cry or a short haka that will make your opponents tremble.
3. Play

You’ll need to communicate and work as a team to overcome all the challenges and complete the mission before time runs out.
4. Closing

Once the activity is over, you’ll see the winners’ ranking amid applause and, optionally, we’ll hold an awards ceremony.
