But that’s not all. As the name suggests, in Digital Sync you must also digitally synchronize your actions, so coordination and teamwork are vital to complete the mission.

Team Building Day

1. Briefing

Our costumed actors will kick off the show: after splitting you into teams, they’ll explain the rules of the activity and your objective.

2. Ice Breaker

You’ll have to choose your team name and defend it together with a battle cry or a short haka that will make your opponents tremble.

3. Play

You’ll need to communicate and work as a team to overcome all the challenges and complete the mission before time runs out.

4. Closing

Once the activity is over, you’ll see the winners’ ranking amid applause and, optionally, we’ll hold an awards ceremony.

What exactly is Digital Sync?

It is a 100% original team building concept created by Cripthos: teams of 3 to 4 people must communicate precisely and synchronise to complete a mission, each with their own tablet. Far from being a video game, it is a social, intense and deeply collaborative experience.

Do you need to provide tablets or any other material?

No. We provide all the necessary material, including the tablets. You only need a space with tables where the teams can work comfortably.

How many people can play at the same time?

The activity is designed for large groups: participants are divided into teams of 3 to 4 people competing against each other. Tell us your group size and we will scale the activity.

Where can the activity take place?

In any room: your office, a hotel or an event venue. We travel wherever you need us and set up all the logistics.

What do you work on with this activity?

Mainly team communication and synchronisation: active listening, respecting speaking turns and empathy. Only the teams that align and share what they know manage to move forward.
