SuperHeroes | Group dynamics with Escape Box

In this dynamic you will have to transform into super heroes to foil the evil villain's plans before time runs out. To do this, you must coordinate and work as a team, dividing your tasks and maintaining good communication with your colleagues at all times.

Before starting the dynamic, the facilitator will organize the teams and will explain the rules and guidelines of the game that we will use as the central tool of the course.

During the experience, you will be pushed to work under pressure so your behavior will be magnified. Our coach will observe the attitude and behavior that you adopt in the face of the different challenges that you will face.

When we have finished, we will analyze how we have approached the problems, we will identify our behavioral profiles and we will reflect on what we have done well and what we could have done better.
