HACK ATTACK | Group dynamics with Digital Sync

In this dynamic you will have to compete in teams of 3 or 4 people to avoid the hacker attack that our organization is receiving before the time runs out. To do this, you must use your communication skills constantly or you will not meet the objective.

Before the experience, the trainer will organize the teams and will explain the rules and guidelines of the game that we will use as the central tool of the course.

When we start the game, you will have to communicate efficiently to pass the 5 stages of the game:

1.	Effective communication: In order to advance, all players must communicate by respecting their turn to speak and actively listening to their teammates.
2.	Initiative and leadership: Only one of the players will take the initiative to lead the phase and transmit clear and concise instructions that will allow them to advance.
3.	Creativity, strategy and flexibility: They will only get through the phase if they are able to jointly establish a communication strategy and adapt to it.
4.	Coordination: All team members must be synchronized to transmit the information to the rest of the team at the right time.
5.	Communication under pressure: They must solve the last phase against the clock, maintaining the temperance that allows them to make the right decisions and communicate them effectively to the rest of the team.
